I received a phone call from the Vice-president of the company after my initial review below. Ian was absolutely wonderful. He apologized profusely for our first experience and asked for more details. He offered to send a different representative, himself if necessary, for a second chance. I let them come back and Jaime was wonderful. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, on time. After an hour we settled on windows and felt comfortable enough with the price and product to sign the contract. Our install date is down the road a bit but we're excited to see the finished product.
Ian and Jamie are amazing to work with.
Initial review:
Overall lousy experience. Guy was late for our appointment by 45 minutes and then acted.like we were inconveniencing him because we didn't have time to hear his pitch. No follow-up since. Extremely disappointed. Trevor Webster
May 31, 2022Mike was the rep who came to our home. He performed the necessary actions to understand our needs. He explained the features of the windows that we were planning to purchase. He didn’t pressure us to make the decision immediately, although he did want a commitment that day. We discussed the options and made the decision to go with American Remodeling. We feel the decision was the correct one.
